Kari-Fitness was created to address… the ever-growing STRESS related issues in our society.
Particularly, in the workplace, in academic settings and in athletic performance!
Stress can have a negative impact in all three areas and in life in general, if it is not handled properly. If we have NOT developed the necessary coping mechanisms.
The purpose of Kari-Fitness is about developing those necessary coping mechanisms. Ways to turn stress into an asset instead of a liability! Then we can use it for OUR greater performance and for OUR greater enjoyment in life. How we handle stress is the key!

 

 

 

 

How we handle stress can vary greatly according to individual responses. In society and in particular in the workplace, high stress levels can be seen and they contribute to developing health-related impairments and/or unhealthy coping behaviors.
The recent pandemic, particularly coping with stress related to COVID-19, has been a major challenge and had a major impact on the entire global society. Many are facing challenges that can be overwhelming and that have caused strong emotions and feelings both in adults and children.
Today’s challenges have caused an unprecedented rise in stress levels in our society. Millions are searching for ways to cope with these issues. Stress not channeled and directed properly can lead to anxiety disorders, DEPRESSION, mental and physiological issues.
