What We Are About?
We live in a post-pandemic world, that to say the least is very stressful. Yes, life can be a challenge, but what’s wrong with a challenge. A challenge makes us bigger, better and more accomplished.
It is true that over the last two years life is different. Different for us all. People want relief. However, the key will be learning to properly deal with stress. It is not going away!
Stress can cause the following: Feelings of fear, anger, sadness, worry, numbness, or frustration. Changes in appetite, energy, desires, and interests. Difficulty concentrating and making decisions. Difficulty sleeping or nightmares. Physical reactions, such as headaches, body pains, stomach problems, and skin rashes. Added worsening of chronic health problems- like heart disease, obesity, depression, hypertension and related symptoms. Worsening of mental health conditions, for sure. Increased use of tobacco, alcohol, and other harmful substances. It is natural to feel stress, anxiety, grief, and worry during the COVID-19 pandemic and aftermath but managing stress has become even critical as the associated conditions dramatically increase.
Now what? What are the coping mechanisms? We wanted to CREATE a healthy way to deal with stress and anxiety. Our program was developed with the current situation in mind knowing the necessity to come up with a situation.

Let’s talk for a minute about mental health issues that are prevalent in the mid-to-post-pandemic era that must be addressed. However, let’s look at it from a different perspective… from a mental strength viewpoint and what we need to do to become mentally resilient.
